I am Tarun Bansal, founder of Mt Web Technologies, where my entrepreneurial journey began in 2016, alongside my partner, Manav Garg.

Educational and Early Career Background: In 2015, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in BTech from Giani Zail Singh College, Bathinda. Following my education, I received training at Soft Solutions in Chandigarh and worked there for three months.

Freelancing and Company Beginnings: In my early career, I worked as a freelancer for Indian clients, focusing on web design and development. In 2016, Manav and I embarked on an exciting journey, launching Mt Web Technologies and venturing into the creation of IT products such as institution CRMs, multi-level marketing software, and e-commerce websites.

Collaborations and Growth: The year 2017 brought us an opportunity to collaborate with Solver Solutions, which significantly expanded our sales and development projects.

Team Expansion: As we continued to progress, our team grew to 18 dedicated professionals, and we were proud of the work we were doing.

Diversification and Solo Leadership: In 2018, we diversified our offerings by adding schooling and accounting software sales, in partnership with Solver Solutions. Unfortunately, personal issues led to Manav's departure from Mt Web Technologies, and in 2019, I assumed the role of the company's sole director.

Challenges Amid COVID-19: The year 2020 brought unprecedented challenges as COVID-19 affected our team's availability due to local restrictions. In response, I officially transferred the company to my mother Mrs. Sunita Bansal. Concurrently, I joined Solver Solutions as a director in the new firm, SolverP Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Recovery and Resilience: As conditions improved, work at Mt Web Technologies continued under my mother's leadership, and I worked as a manager without conflict with Solver Solutions. In June 2021, I married, and my wife's support allowed me to comfortably manage both firms. Her kindness and support have been invaluable to our success.

Current Achievements: Today, we continue to excel in both companies, and our parents take pride in our accomplishments. Our journey has been marked by challenges, resilience, and unwavering determination.
